Lowell Birch graduated from  Western States Chiropractic college (Portland,OR) in 1980.
He took care of patients for many years before concentrating on the spinal decompression therapy.
He was so enthusiastic about the results with his patients that he decided to manufacture and  promote this therapy with other  chiropractors and health care providers.
